ZANU PF Sued Over Mnangagwa Term Extension

Tinashe Sambiri – ZANU PF is facing a Constitutional Court challenge over its alleged plan to amend the Constitution to extend President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s tenure beyond the 2028 term limit.

The party, however, insists the matter is premature and remains within the bounds of the law.
