Scores Perish At DZ Blackspot
By Crime and Courts Reporter-Residents have raised alarm over a deadly traffic blackspot in Dzivaresekwa after a horrific accident on Wednesday claimed seven lives.
A local witness, Hebert Karimazondo, who narrowly escaped the tragedy, has called on authorities to install speed humps to prevent further loss of life.
“I cannot believe I survived. I was supposed to be among the victims,” he said.
