THE three recently elected councillors for the Kwekwe City Council were officially sworn in on Tuesday. The ceremony was presided over by Kwekwe town clerk, Dr. Lucia Mnkandla. The new councillors, Tapiwanashe Muganhu representing Ward 5, Maxwell Moyo representing Ward 1, and Silas Mukaro representing Ward 8, all pledged to work towards fulfilling President Mnangagwa’s vision of improving service delivery at the local government level in line with Vision 2030.
