Mnangagwa Keeps MSU Graduands Waiting for Hours Amid Chaotic Ceremony
By A Correspondent| President Emmerson Mnangagwa, in his capacity as Chancellor of the Midlands State University (MSU), yesterday left thousands of graduands frustrated after they were forced to wait more than five hours for the graduation ceremony to begin.
