By A Correspondent | President Emmerson Mnangagwa has reassigned Tafadzwa Muguti from his powerful position as Secretary for Presidential Affairs and Devolution in the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC), moving him to the Ministry of Local Government and Public Works as Permanent Secretary.
