The Minister of War Veterans of the Liberation Struggle, Senator Monica Mavhunga, and the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage, Honourable Kazembe Kazembe, reaffirmed the government’s commitment to preserving historical sites and improving the welfare of freedom fighters. They praised President Emmerson Mnangagwa for his support of veterans and his efforts to honor the country’s history through initiatives like devolution and the rotational Independence celebrations.
