Carbon Monoxide Inhalation Kills Three

Three artisanal miners tragically lost their lives in a mining accident at Mapinga on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident occurred when the miners brought a generator underground to operate a jackhammer, leading to fatal smoke inhalation.
While police have not released an official report, a ZRP officer on the scene confirmed that the bodies were recovered around 6 PM, two hours after the accident.
