Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike, on Tuesday, rubbished the claims of former Rivers State governor, Rotimi Amaechi, that he would stop corruption in Nigeria within one month, if elected president.
Wike described Amaechi’s remark as “garbage” claiming that his past antecedents indicted him of corruption.
Featuring on Channels Television’s Politics Today, Wike recalled how Amaechi sealed up the Rivers State High Court for two years while he was governor.
He insisted that Amaechi never had regard for the rule of law during his tenure as governor.
