Butaleja Magistrate’s Court has convicted and sentenced two men to prison for subjecting their widowed stepmother to domestic violence and removing boundary marks from her land in Nabiganda Town Council, Butaleja District.
The convicts, Jaleta Abdu, 36, and Buyele Hussein, 34, both residents of Nabiganda Town Council, were charged over offences committed against 52-year-old Nambuya Amina.
Jaleta was charged with one count of domestic violence, while Buyele faced two counts of domestic violence and removing boundary marks.
