The government has reassured the public and travellers that Uganda remains safe for travel, even as the Ministry of Health reported six new cases of Ebola Virus Disease (EVD), the highest single-day increase since the outbreak was declared on May 15.
The new infections, reported yesterday, bring the cumulative caseload to 15, with one death recorded so far.
