Uganda awaits first public sighting of once-dominant Speaker Among amid expanding probe

Uganda on Monday remained fixated on the whereabouts of once-dominant Parliament Speaker Anita Among as investigators widened operations targeting properties linked to the Bukedea legislator and her husband, Uganda’s FUFA president Moses Magogo, with searches at her Kigo residence and Nakasero mansion stretching into new days.

The operation at the sprawling Kigo property near the Entebbe Expressway lasted noticeably longer than the parallel activities at her Nakasero residence in what appeared to be intensified focus on the lakeside estate.
