Police in Mbarara District have arrested two suspects after the body of a 29-year-old man was discovered in Bwizibwera-Rutooma Town Council, with his head found separately at the doorway of another resident.
Richard Arinaitwe’s head was found on September 7, 2026, at a house belonging to Gumisiriza Innocent on Sibyangu Street in Bwizibwera Upper Cell, Bwizibwera Upper Ward.
Gumisiriza reported the matter to the area LC1 chairman, who notified police at Bwizibwera Police Station.
