The Swiss group “Zühlke Engineering”, specialized in strategy, innovation, and development of digital solutions and applications, has decided to establish itself in Tunisia, according to the group’s project and investment manager, Predrag Poposki, during a meeting with the Director General of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA Tunisia), Jalel Tebib.
“In the immediate future, Zühlke Engineering, which is present in about ten countries, plans to recruit thirty Tunisian engineers in highly specialized fields, with the aim of doubling this number in the medium term,” FIPA stated in a press release published in Tunis on Thursday.
The decision to establish in Tunisia is motivated by several factors such as the availability of engineering talents, strategic positioning, proximity, and cultural diversity, added Poposki.
Tebib congratulated the representative of Zühlke Engineering for choosing Tunisia, confirming that the business climate in Tunisia and the investment regulatory framework support such a decision.
He also highlighted the role of FIPA-Tunisia in providing advice, support, and assistance, reaffirming the agency’s commitment to closely monitor the establishment of Zühlke in Tunisia under optimal conditions.
