When the power outages started, many of us believed it was just temporary. Ceet had communicated, pinpointing the origin of the outage. We were all calm. These short outages happened from time to time, nothing serious.
As the days go by, the outages are lasting longer. Currently, in my neighborhood, we are without electricity for at least 6 hours, sometimes 8 hours in a row. If we add up the outages, we could end up with 12 hours in a day. It’s an energy crisis and the government can no longer stay silent.
Out of respect for us citizens, the energy minister, the government spokesperson, or even the prime minister herself should come to the media and tell us what is wrong, how long the situation will last, and the solutions already in place. We can’t suffer like this and no one is saying anything. Egomédé?
What do you think of the government’s silence in the face of this energy crisis? Your comments interest me.
Let’s get angry while we are still alive.
