EDF ENR continues its international expansion with the opening of a subsidiary in Tunisia, inaugurated today in the presence of Mr. Manuel BUFALA, Charge d’Affaires ad interim of the French Embassy in Tunisia, the Director General of Electricity and Energy Transition at the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy, Mr. Belhassen CHIBOUB, and Benjamin DECLAS, CEO of EDF ENR.

By establishing itself in Tunisia, EDF ENR aims to support Tunisian economic actors in their decarbonization strategies.

The subsidiary will provide its expertise in the field of photovoltaic energy production to its clients in Tunisia through support throughout the duration of projects: turnkey solutions, innovative, reliable, and high-performing products, a network of qualified and rigorously selected local partners.

EDF ENR, a subsidiary of EDF, is a reference in the field of decentralized photovoltaic systems. With over twenty years of experience in deploying photovoltaic generators on different types of structures, whether on buildings, on the ground, or in parking carports, the company has established itself as a major player in the renewable energy sector. It has over 80,000 installations for individuals and over 3,000 projects for professionals and local authorities. EDF ENR’s commitment is reflected in its constant desire to develop local production of clean, decarbonized, and environmentally friendly energy.
