At the NCA’s annual “Connecting South Sudan” forum at the Raddison Blu Hotel, T Manager, a prominent musician, addressed the ongoing social media feuds among South Sudanese entertainment figures. He clarified that the apparent conflicts being played out online are actually just for fun and not indicative of real animosity between the artists involved.
During his speech, T Manager emphasized that the perceived beef between him and other entertainers is purely for entertainment purposes. He wanted to assure the public that despite the heated exchanges on social media, they are not genuine enemies but rather colleagues trying to push themselves and showcase their talents.
T Manager went on to explain that these online conflicts should not be misinterpreted as signs of hatred or personal vendettas. Instead, he viewed them as healthy challenges for public figures to motivate themselves and strive for excellence in their respective fields.
In the presence of the Director General of the National Communication Authority, Mr. Napoleon Adok Gai, T Manager reassured the audience that the online beef was not meant to sow discord but rather to engage and entertain the public. He highlighted the importance of understanding the context behind these social media spats and encouraged people to see them as opportunities for artists to engage with their fans and promote their work.
The musician expressed his belief that these online feuds serve a dual purpose of entertaining fans while also pushing artists to improve and elevate their craft. By engaging in playful banter and friendly competition, they are able to showcase their creativity and passion for their art forms.
Moreover, T Manager stressed the importance of unity and collaboration within the South Sudanese entertainment industry. Despite the competitive nature of show business, he believed that artists could achieve more by working together and supporting one another rather than engaging in unnecessary feuds and conflicts.
Overall, T Manager’s message at the NCA’s event emphasized the need for understanding and perspective when it comes to social media feuds among entertainment figures. By viewing these conflicts as lighthearted fun and not taking them too seriously, the public can appreciate the creativity and talent that artists bring to the table, ultimately fostering a more positive and collaborative environment within the industry.
