Dear readers, compatriots, and potential Zuma spouses,

I hope this message finds you well. It has been some time since I last communicated with you, and for that, I must offer my sincerest apologies. I usually try to avoid making excuses for my shortcomings, but in this case, I must say, please forgive me. Lately, my mind has been consumed by a singular question: which Zuma is the right choice for me?

I am sure that many of you, like myself, were filled with joy and excitement on December 16, 2023, when we heard the news that our beloved Jacob G Zuma was leaving the ANC to create a new political home for his loyal followers. The birth of Umkhonto Wesizwe was a moment of great significance, and I was personally enchanted by the name. I couldn’t help but wonder if it was inspired by the Brett Murray painting of the same name, a nod to South African artistry.

The excitement didn’t end there, as we soon learned that Zuma’s son, Duduzane Zuma, would be starting his own party, the All Game Changers (AGC). The prospect of having to choose between the two Zumas has left me and I’m sure many of you grappling with a difficult decision.

On one hand, there is Zuma the Father, a figure of great charisma and religious conviction. His claims of ending load shedding through faith have resonated with me deeply. On the other hand, there is Zuma the Son, whose AGC party is still shrouded in mystery, with only whispers of its manifesto circulating through WhatsApp groups. Despite the lack of concrete information, Zuma the Son’s nonchalant approach to politics is refreshing and reminds us not to take manifestos at face value.

Zuma the Father has raised eyebrows with his recent comments questioning democracy and LGBTQI rights, but his candidness is something I admire. The dichotomy between the two Zumas presents a formidable choice, and I find myself torn between the experience of the Father and the potential of the Son.

As I navigate this decision, I am reminded of the importance of listening to the individuals themselves, rather than relying solely on political promises. Both Zumas offer unique qualities, and it is up to us, the voters, to discern which path aligns best with our beliefs and values.

In conclusion, I urge you to consider the choices before you carefully and make an informed decision based on your own convictions. The future of our nation rests in our hands, and it is crucial that we choose wisely. Thank you for your continued support and may we all contribute to a brighter tomorrow.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
