Nigerian comedian, Seyi Law, recently expressed his strong stance against his colleague, Noble Igwe, stating that he will not forgive him until he apologizes to his wife. The issue stemmed from a post made by Noble during the 2023 election campaign where someone commented, referring to Seyi Law’s wife as an “outcast.”
In a candid conversation on The Honest Bunch podcast, Seyi Law opened up about the incident, revealing his deep-seated anger towards Noble Igwe. He made it clear that he is willing to confront Noble physically if they ever come face to face.
Recalling the incident, Seyi Law said, “During the elections, Noble Igwe made a post and included my wife’s name. Someone commented, calling my wife an ‘osu,’ which means an outcast. This crossed a line for me, and I will not forgive Noble Igwe until he apologizes.”
The comedian emphasized the importance of family and how any disrespect towards his wife and children is intolerable to him. He stated, “You can offend me however you want, but when you involve my family, especially my wife and children, you cross a line into hell. I will leave heaven to sit with you in hell if necessary.”
Seyi Law’s strong words towards Noble Igwe reflect his unwavering loyalty and protective nature towards his loved ones. The comedian made it clear that he is steadfast in his decision to hold onto his grudge until an apology is offered by Noble.
As the wait for reconciliation continues, Seyi Law’s message to Noble Igwe remains clear – an apology is the only way to mend the strained relationship between them. Until then, the comedian stands firm in his resolve and readiness to confront the issue head-on if the opportunity arises.
In the world of entertainment where friendships and relationships are often tested, Seyi Law’s unwavering stance on this matter serves as a reminder of the importance of boundaries and respect, especially when it comes to family.
As the saga between Seyi Law and Noble Igwe unfolds, it highlights the complexities of human relationships and the impact of words and actions on personal connections. Only time will tell if reconciliation is possible in this situation, but for now, Seyi Law remains resolute in his decision to stand by his principles until justice is served.
