Marie Lucienne Tissa Mbengue, who served as Minister of National Education in the first government of Me Abdoulaye Wade, has died, according to L’AS.
A professional teacher, she passed away yesterday in Mboro. Marie Lucienne Tissa Mbengue, who briefly served in the Ministry of National Education, is the mother of singer Dread Maxim.
