Take note and date! According to a diplomatic source close to a UN organization, the complaint against President Macky Sall and ministers Antoine Felix Diome and Ismaila Madior Fall, as well as several high authorities at the International Criminal Court (ICC) and The Hague, is very serious.

To make things more complicated, members of civil society, the opposition, and NGOs have compiled a very long list of individuals presented as victims of torture and extrajudicial political assassinations. As a result, new macabre cases have been submitted to many American and European senators and deputies.

At the request of the Senegalese opposition, it is whispered that the NGO Human Rights Watch is collecting judicial information with the complicity of moles nestled within the state. Furthermore, “Le Témoin” has learned that with any regime, the USA and France will provide the financial and diplomatic means to track down any Senegalese authority implicated in these crimes against humanity, as well as their assets and bank accounts. It seems that the general amnesty announced by Macky Sall will be in vain! Similarly, the abolition of the Court for the Repression of Illicit Enrichment (CREI) that the Senegalese people will revive or dust off as a condition of partnership with the future new regime.

In addition, “Le Témoin” advises President Macky Sall to strengthen his friendship with the Emirate of Qatar in the few days he has left in power. Otherwise, Qatar, a very influential country in the Arab world, will make life very difficult for him in Morocco, where he plans to settle with his family. Time will tell!
