It is not exaggerated: Benno Bokk Yakaar is letting go. It is now liberated to conquer the territories.

Naturally, Louga, the capital of Ndiambour, has been a milestone in the campaign of the Prime Minister. It marks the era of massive mobilizations, a sign of the imminent triumph of the marron-beige troops.

Indeed, when delivering his message, the candidate of Bby did not fail to praise the commitment and determination of the young people, women, and men of Louga, to ensure victory in the first round. “You will understand all the consideration and love I have for Ndiambour and its children. Louga is a blessed land. The land of Thierno Bachir Tall and Djily Mbaye. Models of patriotism, generosity, and selflessness.”

Aware of his mission, which, among other things, consists in this electoral period of bringing together all forces, the Prime Minister informs that he exchanged, by joining Louga, with the mayor of the city, Moustapha Diop. “He was prevented due to his ministerial duties (Council of Ministers),” he specifies.

As a historic land of migration, Louga remains one of the main departure territories for Senegalese abroad. This is a major advantage that must be capitalized on by implementing effective instruments. “Our ambition is to help our sons established abroad by creating a national bank to facilitate their transactions. We will extend the validity period of passports to 10 years, increase the security of the document, and facilitate its issuance.” To do this, the PM emphasizes that dematerialization remains the main lever to be activated. “We will work to enable consulates to issue administrative documents to beneficiaries on time.”

Access to housing for the diaspora is at the heart of the candidate Amadou Ba’s program. In this regard, he indicates, “the program of 100,000 housing units allocates 20 housing units to them, but we plan to go further.” This year, the Senegalese diaspora contributed CFAF 1700 billion, representing 9.8 percent of GDP in the national economy.

Health, youth, and the cost of living are at the heart of concerns.

Additionally, the PM affirms, “we plan to provide each department with a modern hospital with all the amenities like the one built in Kaffrine.”

Very enthusiastic, facing a crowd supportive of Benno’s cause, Amadou Ba reiterated his decision to give the youth a prominent place, with one million jobs to be created in the next five years.

As he bid farewell to the audience, the PM recalled that reducing the cost of living is a key point of the policy he will implement. This, in his opinion, is possible “thanks to creating jobs for young people and women, as well as increasing retirement pensions.”

Considering the reception he received, it is not far-fetched to affirm that Ndiambour is in agreement with the choice of Amadou Ba. 16 out of 17 mayors in the Louga department, as well as allied parties and support movements, actively participated in the department meeting.

Evidently, Louga has decided to elect Amadou Ba in the first round of the election to translate into action the will displayed by Macky Sall in choosing Amadou Ba from several candidates for the Bby candidacy.

Moreover, the missed appointment 24 hours earlier did not overshadow the victory dynamics, noticeable in the capital of Ndiambour.

Apparently, the population shares the conviction that Amadou Ba is the candidate of stability, peace, and economic and social development of this country. Here, one would not want, for anything in the world, to entrust the fate of Senegalese to inexperienced hands. Especially since President Macky Sall’s two terms have brought Senegal close to emergence.

The President of the High Council of Territorial Communities, one of the strongest supporters of candidate Amadou Ba, heaps praise on him. “Your mastery of the issues, your knowledge of the Emerging Senegal Plan, and your high sense of listening lead me to believe even more that you are the right man for the situation. It is with all this that we will make every effort to elect you in the first round, on the evening of the presidential election.”
