A murder case is shaking the commune of Léona located in the department of Louga. Indeed, Mr. Abou Kâ, aged 52, a market gardener, lost his life under suspicious circumstances during an altercation with his Malian seasonal worker known as Ousseynou (28 years old).
According to “Rewmi,” who shared the sad news, the incident took place in the deceased’s market gardening area. The lifeless body of the deceased was taken to the morgue of the regional hospital Amadou Sakhir Mbaye in Louga for a possible autopsy.
According to a source close to the case, no injuries or signs of violence were found. This leads to the belief that the deceased may have died from a heart attack during the altercation with the seasonal worker.
While awaiting the results of the autopsy, the alleged murderer has been arrested by the gendarmerie brigade of Léona for investigation, our colleagues added.
