The events date back to May 2022. It was in the toilets that the cart driver abused the girl. The second time, he was caught by the only witness in this case, Ousmane Gueye.
The prosecution requested a sentence of ten years of criminal imprisonment.
However, according to the defense lawyer, “there was no coercion or violence. The plaintiff was consenting. Just because someone has a physical disability does not mean they don’t have the right to pleasure,” said the defense lawyer.
