“It is a duty of recognition that brought me to Bangui and also to receive high-level guidance from the current President of CEMAC in carrying out the mission. I am aware of the challenges and the significant responsibility that falls on me. That is why I have pledged to the Head of State to serve the BEAC with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm, relying on the personnel of this institution, the supervisory and management bodies of the CEMAC, as well as the support of the Heads of State. We have challenges to overcome in terms of monetary and financial stability. We also have challenges to meet on the economic front,” he declared.
