This is also an opportunity for me to congratulate the CEO and all the employees of Metal-Guinea, for the journey they have taken, the rigor and professionalism they have shown to achieve ISO-9001 quality certification (…)
You can be proud of this achievement and congratulate yourselves. Ladies and gentlemen, employees of Metal-Guinea, elevate your products to this level of quality and competitiveness, which will undoubtedly ensure better profitability for your company. With a larger and satisfied clientele beyond borders with a Made in Guinea label, what a national pride we thank you for and encourage you for the continuation of this quest for international standards,” she declared.

On his part, Prime Minister Bah Oury urged other Guinean companies to follow in the footsteps of the Metal-Guinea group to enhance the development of the Guinean industry worldwide. “By obtaining the ISO-9001 version 2015 certification, Metal-Guinea paves the way for all companies to commit to quality. Because competition is no longer just national, it is continental, and even global.
The ISO-9001 certification shows that quality is also in Guinea, and it makes our products competitive. Economically, Guinea can now benefit more from this attractiveness if all or the majority of private sector establishments commit to this path. I encourage you to follow in the footsteps of Metal-Guinea because this will strengthen Guinea’s industrialization and create more wealth to generate more jobs and opportunities for the youth of the country to say I can stay in Guinea, I can find work in Guinea, and I can be as competitive as those abroad.
Congratulations Mr. Robert Florent, CEO of Metal Guinea, you pave the way for many Guinean companies, I hope that soon we will see more companies having their ISO-9001 certifications,” wished the Prime Minister.
