Excitement, colourful fashion, and merriments marked the first day of the swearing-in ceremony for members of the 12th Parliament in Kampala on Wednesday, as newly elected legislators officially began their five-year term.
A total of 184 legislators took the Oath of Allegiance and Oath of Member of Parliament on the first day of the exercise.
