The founding National Secretary of the Alliance for Democracy, Prof. Udenta O. Udenta, has accused the Nigeria Police of actively destabilising the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Udenta made this allegation on Thursday when he appeared in an interview on Arise Television monitored by DAILY POST.
Recall that two rival factions of the party clashed on Tuesday at the party’s secretariat in the Federal Capital Territory, where security personnel fired gunshots and deployed teargas to disperse the crowd, causing panic as many rushed to safety.
The political strategist said that the Nigeria Police enabled the factional occupation of the PDP Secretariat.
