In an ongoing high-profile investigation, Uganda Police forces recovered an additional fleet of luxury vehicles from the Nakasero residence of former Speaker of Parliament, Anita Among, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
The operation, executed by a joint task force comprising the Police Criminal Investigations Directorate (CID) and state anti-corruption agencies, began at dawn. Sources close to the investigation reveal that at least four high-end vehicles, including a bulletproof SUV and a custom sports car, were towed from the premises under heavy security.
