Police officer arrested after challenging bosses over domestic violence case

Police have arrested a female officer attached to the Child and Family Protection Unit (CFPU) in Kampala over alleged scandalous and unprofessional conduct after she reportedly challenged her superiors over the handling of a domestic violence case.

Kampala Metropolitan Police Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire identified the officer as Corporal Fatina Mukolerwa, who allegedly accused her bosses of mishandling a case involving domestic violence.
