NNPP reacts to report of Kwankwaso’s demands stopping him from joining APC

The New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, has rejected claims that the party’s national leader, Rabiu Kwankwaso, went too far in alleged talks about leaving the party to join the All Progressives Congress.

In response to the reports, the NNPP National Publicity Secretary, Ladipo Johnson, denied that the former Kano State governor was involved in any talks with the APC. Ladipo, in a recent interview he shared with DAILY POST, said that Kwankwaso never reached the point where he thought about switching parties to join the APC.
