Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has revealed the reasons behind naming the Edo Arena after Benin-born musician Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema.
The “Ozeba” singer, alongside Governor Obaseki, participated in a groundbreaking ceremony at the Edo Arena site on Wednesday.
Rema’s involvement in the ceremony was part of the events leading up to his homecoming concert at the Ogbe Stadium.
