Nigeria: UBEC to establish digital libraries in public schools — Africa Links 24

The Universal Basic Education Commission, UBEC, has reaffirmed its commitment to establishing digital libraries in basic education schools across the country.

The commission said it is also offering cost-effective measures of providing educational resources to learners and teachers.
