Nigerian singer Oxlade has pledged to help a woman who drew attention during the #EndBadGovernance protests on August 1.
The woman, who carried an empty pot to highlight her hunger and lack of food, became a symbol of the protests, drawing sympathy from many online.
Oxlade shared her photo on X(formerly Twitter) and announced his intention to give her N500,000.
He wrote:
“Someone please help me find this woman, I’ve got 500k for her.”
