A former commissioner of Rural and Community Development, Abbas Sani Abbas, has dumped the ruling New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP in Kano for the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC.
Mr Abbas, who was recently sacked alongside five other commissioners by Governor Abba Yusuf, was received into APC by Deputy President of the Senate Barau Jibrin.
