The Association of Resident Doctors (ARD), Rivers University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH) branch, have expressed their gratitude to Governor Siminalayi Fubara for the payment of the medical residency grant to some of their members.

Recall that Rivers State Government announced the release of N300 million as a grant for 389 medical doctors in the State Civil Service who are undergoing residency training .
