The Rivers State Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas [retd.] has demanded a refund of N300m paid to the Nigerian Bar Association,NBA, for hosting rights to its annual conference.
DAILY NIGERIAN reports that the association relocated its conference from Port Harcourt to Enugu on Thursday.
The association cited the declaration of emergency rules and suspension of the state governor by President Bola Tinubu.
