Niger State Government has directed all political appointees to return to their respective Local Government Areas to fully and actively participate in the forthcoming Local Government Elections scheduled to hold on Saturday, 1st November, 2025.
A statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Abubakar Usman, emphasised the importance of the elections in strengthening grassroots democracy and deepening citizens’ participation in governance.
