There is a lot of chatter amongst members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) regarding the potential candidacy of Atiku Abubakar in the upcoming 2027 general election cycle. This speculation has sparked a variety of reactions within the party, particularly concerning Atiku’s age and fitness for the role.
Atiku, who would be 80 years old in 2027, has been a prominent figure within the PDP for several years. However, some party members believe that it may be time for younger prospects to step up and take on the challenge of running for office.
