The Rural Electrification Agency (REA) and a Chinese company, Huawei Technologies Company Limited, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the aim to improve the reliability and efficiency of renewable energy systems and especially in handling environmental challenges and extreme weather conditions.
