The police command in Imo says it has dismantled a notorious kidnapping and armed robbery syndicate at Orogwe, Owerri West Local Government Area of the state.
The command spokesman, ASP Henry Okoye, who confirmed this in a statement on Tuesday, said three suspects were neutralised, and two others: David Ifeanyichukwu, 20 and Abuchi Joseph, 24, were arrested.
