The Police Command in Kaduna State has said that 35 suspected phone snatchers were being detained after successfully raiding some black spots in Kaduna metropolis.
The Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Mansir Hassan, confirmed the development in a statement issued in Kaduna and made available to newsmen on Saturday.
