Nigeria: Police commission promotes 4 officers with PhD certificates — Africa Links 24

The Police Service Commission, PSC, has approved the promotion of four police officers, who had successfully completed their PhD programme and were currently teaching at the Police Academy, Kano.

Ikechukwu Ani, the Head of Press and Public Relations of PSC said this in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja.
