The Tanimu Turaki-led National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has berated the 16 members of the Rivers State of Assembly who announced their defection to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Friday, saying their action akin to “defection from APC to APC.”
The party, which threatened to institute a legal action to recover the seats, noted that the lawmakers have previously taken a similar step in the past.
