The Onikoyi of Ikoyi-Ekiti kingdom in Ikole Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Oba Moses Akinwande Ogundana, has conferred chieftaincy titles on some dignitaries, including a retired police officer, Chief Okoeguale Fred as the Otunba Gbobaniyi of Ikoyi-Ekiti kingdom.
