Nigeria: Okhiria bows out as NRC managing director — Africa Links 24

The outgone Managing Director of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, NRC, Freeborn Okhiria, has handed over power to an acting managing director, urging NRC staff to co-operate with him.

Mr Okhiria completed his second four-year tenure on October 18.
