The National Security Adviser, NSA, Nuhu Ribadu, on Tuesday, handed over 59 kidnapped victims rescued by the security agencies to the Kaduna State Government

The rescued victims comprising 28 male adults, 24 male adults and six children, were rescued from various locations in Kaduna State.
