Nigeria: NRC orders safety measures ahead of Abuja–Kaduna service resumption — Africa Links 24

Managing Director of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, NRC, Dr Kayode Opeifa, has urged Abuja–Kaduna Train Service, AKTS, staff to strictly follow operational directives, especially caution orders.

Mr Opeifa made this known in a statement on Friday in Lagos.

He spoke while presenting key takeaways from the in-house investigation into the Aug. 26 train derailment to AKTS staff at Idu Station.
