Minister of Works, David Umahi, has said that President Bola Tinubu inherited an economy that was on a life support from his predecessor, Muhammadu Buhari.

He, however, said Mr Tinubu has removed the oxygen and put the country in the path of sustainable development.

Mr Umahi stated this during the official flag-off ceremony of the 750-kilometre Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway in the Akampa Local Government Area of Cross River State.
