Niger State At Risk Children Programme ARC-P has officially enrolled 1000 out-of-school children into the State’s Contributory Healthcare Insurance Scheme (NiCare) from age 5 to 24 years, at Barikin Sale Model Primary School, Chanchaga Local Government Area, of the State on Tuesday 19th November 2024.

The enrolment is part of effort towards integrating out-of-school children into mainstream formal education to combat and eradicate the menace.
