Nigeria: NICASA decries death of Nigerian in South African police custody — Africa Links 24

The Nigerian Citizens Association in South Africa, NICASA, has condemned the death of a 40-year-old Nigerian citizen, Benjamin Okoli, while in police custody.

Mr Okoli’s death comes less than a month after NICASA condemned the alleged killing of another Nigerian, 50-year-old Jeremiah Okoye, who died in police custody on January 13.
